I've had this board for a month now and it works well with my standing desk. I got the board with the foam attachment (so one can safely wear socks while standing on the board) and I've found it to be very comfortable.I recently purchased the uplift adjustable sit to stand desk along with the motion stool and the fatigue mat. All these items have helped me with my lower back pain. I am barely sitting any more while I work. I decided to get the bamboo motion stand for my office as well to keep me even more mobile, and Increase circulation in my legs while I work. I really enjoy using it, especially when I am reading documents or papers. I personally don’t like to use it while I am typing in front of the computer. But others may like that as well. I highly recommend this product, and the other uplift products! My office mates are a jealous of my workstation now.Love this balance board.
