I bought this to motivate myself to move a little bit in the morning before work and in the evening after life has settled down. It's a perfect size for me at 5'3", but is definitely not adequate for taller people with a longer stride. It was a lot sturdier than I expected it to be for the price. Honestly, I am impressed with the quality. Currently looking for a pad for my 6'2" husband. He likes it a lot, but it's just not long enough for him.
