I was looking for an L-shaped desk to set up for gaming. This desk was actually my second choice; when the first failed to arrive, I ended up ordering this one instead - and I love it! Saved a lot of money and got a nice setup out of it.Shipping-wise, the box arrived and was pretty trashed. The pieces of the desk were mostly untouched, however, except a couple nicks/scuffs on the edges (pictured) that I don’t really care about and are easily covered up by desk accessories (clip-on headset holder, cup holder, etc).The desk is great value for the price, provided yours arrives unscathed or you don’t care about a couple nicks in the furniture. It just arrived today, took me 2.5 or so hours to assemble by myself, which was very doable. The instructions looked weird at first but they ended up making sense as I went through the process of putting it together. Holes all aligned well, wasn’t missing any pieces or screws. I love the color (got the Teak model) and the shape/height of the desk is perfect for me.The shelving on the side is an awesome accent and very stable. I had enough space on the desk itself for plenty of my PC-related knickknacks (printer, iPad, etc) to fit and still have space for whatever I’m working on at the time. My computer tower is on the larger side but still fit on the stand because the feet raise it above the weird legs on the stand (pictures). It was nice that it was included - makes me feel better about my PC’s airflow in a carpeted room.Desk feels sturdier than expected, but I can’t help being concerned that the frame would bend if I were to try to move the desk by myself. Maybe if I got sliders for the feet...?Though I just got this, I would totally recommend it. I’ll probably update this a couple weeks in if I have any further feedback but I think the basics are covered.Isn’t it pretty? ?
