Purchased this for my office as finding time to walk with "life" going on isn't easy. :) My order arrived within 4 business days, was easy to take up the elevator on a dolly, opened the box, unpacked her, plugged her in and off we went. My office is next to a few co-workers but they say they don't even notice the sound of the treadmill or my walking even with the door slightly ajar.Moving it around is pretty easy as it's so lightweight. I will say that even at 5'1" it's difficult to engage the front wheels and I have to bend down a bit. But as I store it close to my desk, it isn't a big deal for me. The speed only goes up to 2.5 mph while the arms are down and I wish it went higher. I bought this unit as it can reach higher speeds than other units but guess I'll need to run during breaks or lunch. Raising the arms seems easy enough using the allen wrench, but I wouldn't want to do it every day.The remote is nice enough as I just lay it on my desk while I'm walking. It does not come with a battery, so be sure to have one on-hand. It's taken a bit of adjustment learning to walk and type / work at the same time. A sit-to-stand desk is a must for using with this. Overall - I'm very happy with this purchase!So far I love everything about this unit . My advice before getting this is to look on YouTube on how to maintain one of these , will save you a lot of time and headache trust me . Once you get those things down , you’re pretty much good . My only reason I gave this a three star and not a five star was simply because of the scratches that are visible on top of the support tubes( near the main controllers ). I don’t know if it’s due to the shipper/ delivery driver services or the warehouse this unit comes from but it’s too much of a hassle for me to return this , this thing is heavy , I will have to buy extra accessories just to re- wrap this , then ship it back in order to get a replacement ,which is a gamble within itself because I might receive another unit that might be worse or better than the one I got before , I’m not trying to risk that , and I definitely don’t want to spend the extra time trying to re wrap this all over again, plus I don’t want to have to deal with the stress of having make sure the entire box is secure that it won’t get damaged on the way back to the warehouse because like I said this thing is heavy . Other than that, this unit is good for me . Everything works just fine . Just be aware , if your order anything heavy especially through Amazon , you might receive items that are slightly damaged because of how much these items get passed around by multiple facilities /staff workers loading these things onto trucks with other packages moving around which causes damage to the boxes.Although I'm giving it high ratings .. when it came the box was damaged (bashed in at spots and taped up). I put the treadmill together then found out the plastic that was holding the female plug was busted and the plug just pushed in when trying to plug the connector in. but I managed to mickey mouse it so I could plug it in and turn it on to use the treadmill. Also didn't get a battery for the remote. I like the treadmill and keeping it.The remote watch thing doesn't work. I've had numerous issues trying to get it to work. After frustrating hours yesterday I was finally able to complete one work out. Today it's back to straight lines all across the board and I once again cant get it to work. This is the only bad review have ever left on Anazon but I've never been so frustrated or spent so much tine trying to get something to work.
