Front the look to the design, this chair ís elegant and functions very well. The footrest didn't work out for me so I replaced it with the 1 without footrest. The castor wheels are moves so smoothly. The base is made of high quality material. Their customer service went beyond many others. They were quick to try and find out what was wrong w the chair and refunded me right away. No hassle. I would def buy again but I think this chair's gonna last awhile
