The desk isn’t the widest, so its perfect for someone who doesn’t need a lot of desk space. I can comfortably fit my MacBook Air, iPad, and more on my desk. If I decide to get an iMac, I think it would also fit just fine. Assembly was a bit difficult for one person. I also had trouble fitting the screw in. I had to use a metal drill and a little hammering to get it in. overall like the product. At the beginning of the pandemic I purchased the tall/narrow version of this desk from C&B, thinking it would be a short term thing. Two years later I sold it to a college kid and was prepared to purchase the standard desk version, but found this for a a better deal (and free shipping ?). It was superbly simple to put together by myself in less than an hour. As others have mentioned, the suction pieces that come with are garbage. Since I already knew this from reviews, I ordered some Scotch gripping pads for $3 and used those. Easy peasy. Ideally, I would like a desk that is just a bit wider, about 55”, but I am very pleased. I love the glass and not having to find a wood that matches other pieces already in the room. The desk looks nice and I paid $110–so given that, it is worth it. It is good for a small space for its size and the way it disappears in front of my window, but there are issues.Assembly and Parts: It was brutal to put together, primarily due to suction cups that hold the glass in place. And I am an old hand at assembly. They are impossible to put in, I had to use a tiny screwdriver for eyeglasses to force them into the too small holes. Others have mentioned this problem and it should be addressed by manufacturer. Once you get them in, be ready to place the glass top exactly where it will go because you will not be able to move it, they stick too much. You do need two people, but during covid I only had myself to put it together. It is heavy and even if you think you will place the glass perfectly, you only have one shot. Get a second person if you can. Directions were poor. The suction cups definitely show and this may annoy some people. It is somewhat wobbly, feet underneath are adjustable, but I still have wobble. My monitors might be too heavy though. Now that I have it, I wish it was bigger, deeper and wider (especially). But, for the money the end product looks nice and if you have a basic laptop or minimal equipment it should be fine.Update a month out. Wires showed and annoyed me, so I purchased a Blue Lounge cable box (mini) in black, it helps with all my wires and kind of visually disappears. Only one wire to plug in now for the surge protector, which helps. I tied the rest of them behind my docking station. I also bought a CS bungee chair in dark blue, which I love. The chair also visually disappears. Everything looks much better now, so I updated my photo. If I had to do it again, I’d probably go for the adjustable standing desk, 60 inches wide. I have a tiny space, so I was worried it would be too big, but now think it would be fine. I will use this for a while and see how it goes.Awesome desk. A little bigger than I though it ould be but very pleasantly surprised. Looks great in my apartment. Compliments my modern-ish style. I love this desk. Great value and good quality! You may want to have a drill and a tap in hand Bad screw holes and suction cups did not fit had to drill to make them fitI used this piece for a client to furnish an office. The client had already purchased some pieces that were stereotypical office furniture and this coordinated well. The desk was easy to assemble even though a few of the pieces were mismarked. The glass is thick. The overall sturdiness is impressive as the piece is still lightweight.Just got it today. It’s ok for the price. Looks good. Easy to ensamble. Cheap materials, easy to scratch. Let’s see how long does it last.Table is pretty heavy, so you might need two people to move it around. Assembly is very easy. But, some people might think it’s not easy ?? The glass top is heavy and requires care when handling it. Table looks classy without being overly expensive. The only downside is that there are no drawers, and there’s no way to hide electrical wires from view.
