I had rotator cuff surgery in April 2022 and really missed the pt warmup arm bike. I wanted something solid enough not to move or slide. This one so far has been great!Easy assembly! Purchased for Physical Therapy use and wanted consistency in resistance. Works better than expected and now using at home for more than PT. It is heavy but that adds to its stability when using. I use on hardwood and carpet, no slipping when in use.Unfortunately my desk was too short and fyi if your chair is on wheels this is a no go. Good quality easy to move. Quiet smoothOnly reads in kilometers, not miles. Also the tension adjustment levels are mostly useless. 1,2,and 3 have no resistance at all....that leaves 4 and 5.Unit feels well built.Very nice. Worth the price. I love it.Frame was bent Too expensive to return. Looks like it had been opened.This is just what I was looking for to get back in the swing with exercise and PT at home. I use this at home for arms and legs. Easy to assemble and use. Great features without being complicated. Nice weight without being too heavy. Glad I made the purchase!
