100% recommend this product. It has absolutely changed my life at work (front office assistant tethered to a desk for 10 hour shifts) and helps me burn an average of 800 more calories a day than before I started using this product. All the added movement also helps me stay warm in our super freezing office temperatures as I have felt a big difference in my core temperature as I pedal all day. Super easy assembly (pedals only) with perfectly clear instructions and photos. Handle grip on top makes it super convenient to transport. 8 level resistance is clearly marked and easy to switch through (I have literally learned how to turn the knob with both my feet which saves me from bending down under my desk). Very smooth and virtually noise-free - my coworkers had no idea I had been using it for weeks until I showed them one day. I actually really miss it on weekends when I am not at work and am considering getting a second one for my apartment.Very easy to assemble.
