As it went together, it felt sturdy. It didn't take long and I was so happy. It looked great. It didn't feel cheap. We moved it into the room, plugged it in, and it worked perfectly. It was smooth as I raised and lowered it. It had everything I wanted, and more.I am so happy with this desk. I've had friends and family look at it, and they too, love the desk.My nephew wants one for his room and he asked my sister and brother in law for one.
