I bought this set to replace my old desk pad. This set is a nice set. All of the pieces are well made and look good on the desk. The memo pad comes with a small quantity of note papers.One thing, the desk pad is HUGE. It is not too big for the desk, but it tales up a lot or real estate compared to my old pad. That's OK because using my laptop on the old pad was a tight squeeze. Here, there is plenty of room.One thing I am not pleased about is that the pad, while huge, is light and can slide around easily. But that is hardly a deal breaker. Overall, I like the set and I use it every day.
