Easy to assemble. Very sturdy and moves around easily. I was able to assemble this product in about ten minutes. The tilt feature as well as the height adjustments are easy to use.I work from home 10-12 hours per day. This helps so much to be able to sit and stand. It’s easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy so far. I love that it has wheels. You can move around from room to room. Adjustable height and tilt options are very nice.
