There are 3 different over the ear pieces to fit you just right and two different size in the ear pieces. Comes with a mono, over the head gear as well. The gear for around the back never came but I was okay with that since I wasn't looking to use it.I can comfortably wear this all day long with no pain on the top of my ear or inside.I have a Shortel/Mitel phone and the post that was done about set up by another user was very helpful and easy to follow. Thank you for posting that!!I literally could not function without this device and the Plantronics HL10The company I work for is a busy retailer/warehouse and I am not always able to be at my desk. There are offices between my counter and the warehouse- this wireless phone still maintains signal through that - the shelves of goods - and starts to lose signal once I am outside 200 ft away on the other side of a cement wall. That’s pretty good!My biggest “issue” is my output quality. More often than not, people on the other end state they can not hear me- I thought maybe I was not speaking loud enough- BUT i feel like I’m almost yelling for people to hear me. Maybe an update to the noise cancellation would help? Software is not my forte’. This is the only drawback I have experienced with the device.yes it is the best thing on earth for retail pharmacy. if i could afford it, i would buy it for my whole entire team!!Nice for price. But here is more info.Wrap around headband was not included in bundle. Came with three extra plastic ear clips (these are super cheap and super thin. Will not last). Over head headband is nice and light weight but on a big head like mine it feels like it’s going to slide off all day long. Trying to get use to the feeling.See pictures: I have a shoretel phone system and it comes with a headset button so I did not need a handset lifter - I just answer the phone by pressing the headphone button. Also my desk phone comes with a separate jack so I didn’t need to plug it into the adapter jack.Still working on getting the perfect sound quality out of it but that might take me a little longer to do. There are three adjustment buttons on the bottom of the receiver/charging station.(sorry I don’t think to take a picture of that). So far no caller has complained about the sound. I don’t sound like I’m in a tunnel. Some calls have a soft sound and I have to try to turn the volume up in my end. But still working on getting that perfect setting.So this isn’t the top end of headsets but it’s a good option at the mid-price level and I think most people are going to like it.Great product once it’s setup properlyBest investment ever. So glad I purchased it I was tired of sitting down while workingThis product is used in a veterinary clinic. The customer is happy with the performance of the CS540. However, we had one unit that did not work out of the box after several troubleshooting attempts. We sent the unit back to Telecom Creations, yet to receive a status of replacement.I bought this equipment to help me with my job so that I have handsfree capabilities to doing other tasks in the office.The ear piece is very light - fits well and is attractive as well.Set up was quite easy with the instructions included and there are videos online to use as well if you get stuck.I was able to speak outside of the building very clearly as well, telling me that the hands free distance away from the unit does go very far.Only thing to figure out yet, that I would like the BEEP to enter my earpiece when the phone rings so that if I am away from my desk I will be able to answer by touching the ear piece. At the moment I need to be in earshot of the ringer on my phone to do so.I have enjoyed having a wireless headset at work so that I'm not tied to my desk while making calls / waiting on hold. It has a good range.I have found that some people report not being able to hear me very well even when I'm right at my desk. It might be an issue on their end but it happens about 1 time out of every 4 or 5 calls so it's frequent enough that I've noticed how often people make the comment.Works great! Theres several earpieces included which allows you to adjust to your ear size and it comes with an arm to put over your head. Battery lasts me my entire shift (8hrs) and my ear doesn't get sore. There are settings to up your mic and speaker sound which is handy.I work in an automotive shop (decently large building) and the range goes around the entire shop without interference. Love it!The headset itself is good - I would recommend it. I would rate it 4.5. The device that came with it to lift the receiver was poor. Useless really.We ordered a cable to electronically switch to the headset separately and now it works great. If it shipped with the cable initially it would be a 4 1/2 - 5 star.Bought the first one for my office back in 2016. Still using the original in 2020! bought 2 more for co workers and very happy with the product and performance. Best part is I can take the headset across the street to pick up sushi, coffee and even reaches almost a half a block down the street from my office and still in range to pick up calls.
