Compatible with Steam Deck
The mount was easy enough to install, and I trust it to hold my Deck under my desk.The tray that holds the included dock has a spacer to help secure the dock to the mount, and while it's a fine idea, you are limited to pretty much two orientations when using it.If you flip the dock, then the raised bump of the Ethernet port prevents the tray from securing itself. The dock cable is only just barely long enough to plug in when the tray is mounted on the left side. I highly recommend magnetic USB C adapters or you are at risk of damaging the charging port of the deck should that cable get snagged.The clips are likely going to be weak points as well, I expect these to break if my chair arm swings around and hits it, they feel quite brittle and thin.I tossed that spacer, used hook and loop to keep the dock from wiggling, and am using 90 degree adapters to help sharp bends in my cables.Probably one of the better under desk mounting solutions out there, and at a mostly fair price too.
