This desk deserves a positive review! I had been meaning to replace my old 15+ year old wooden desk and the opportunity arose after it didn't fit my new office chair under it. I have short arms so it wasn't comfortable to reach for the keyboard on the tray! After researching my options and going to physical stores to look at desks, these adjustable height desks were my best option. The only thing these lack is a keyboard tray but this is easily fixable with an adjustable keyboard tray you can install under the desk.I managed to build this desk by myself by placing the wooden top on the legs and aligning it to begin screwing it on. I then worked on the screws while under the desk. Definitely easier with two people if you can flip over the desk after as it says in the instructions. This is a high quality desk that is a bit heavy! I'm a small person and not very strong and still built it alone though. I specifically picked this desk because it's an established brand from Office Depot and it's not electric, as I had my doubts with the cheaper electric ones from "random" brands. I was wary of the motor on the electric ones.The versatility of adjusting the height means that basically any chair fits under it comfortably. You can see in the picture my chair is very big; the arm rests were the issue with my old desk but it does fit all the way under this desk and keyboard tray. I fiddled with the height after that photo so it fits well under. On top of gaming on my PC, I'm an artist that needs the keyboard under my tablet for an efficient workflow so I need my chair to fit in all the way under. Definitely way more comfortable than stretching my arms with my old desk. The keyboard tray I installed into this desk is by Eureka Ergonomics and I did need another person for that one, as it's cumbersome to install with the desk upright, though to be fair, you are supposed to do it with the desk flipped over. But flipping this big desk over in my small room was not feasible.Adjusting the height was a bit tough at first. Like I mentioned previously, I'm not very strong but it eventually went down to where I needed it by pushing on the top really hard while holding the lever. The space on this desk is perfect and definitely an upgrade from my older and smaller desk, which had my monitor almost falling off the back. My big full tower PC case fits under it, too. I love the color of the desk and fits with the darker theme of my room. The top is really beautiful. One minor complaint of the top is that it is a fingerprint magnet but cleans easily with a microfiber cloth. As I'm not adjusting the height constantly, I suspect it is likely to last forever with how sturdy it feels.Overall, this is a 10/5 desk for my needs! Beyond happy with the purchase; I think the price is way beyond reasonable for the quality compared to similar desks I found both online and in stores. Leaving this detailed review because I think they should keep making it forever, as I feel it's becoming harder to find quality products online.
