At first we thought the manual and hardware were missing, but upon flattening the box we found them tightly hiding between two of the side pieces of cardboard - so tight that we almost missed it and tossed it out! So make sure you give a good look. The desk was super easy to assemble and the wood is quite nice. It is grainy on top and I feel like I keep snagging my shirt, but nothing a little light sanding can't address.Beautiful and great quality desk! Super easy to put together. Delivery lost my first one so I re ordered and I am glad I did!I bought one and it was completely incapable of being assembled. Bought a second one to replace the first. Even worse and couldn’t assemble at all. Don’t even try. Save your money, time, stress, it’s impossible. I’m sure it looks great once it’s assembled but that’s not possible sooooooooo
