The book is excellent. A concise reference manual with loads of information. Good to have on hand for any engineering/construction project work. I use this in combination with the Project Engineers Desk Reference by Wiley and while I don’t always use them when I need them they are life savers.This seller listed the book as Very Good but it was in excellent condition. Could have been brand new. Honestly no reason to buy new when high quality used copies exist.
