For this price, I think this is a good product. It has quite a lot of adjustments, so not very difficult to find your sweet spot. Feels like a strong and good quality product. I wouldn't say it's as 100% perfect as the expensive chair in my office. But, in this price range, I believe this is the probably the best one you can get for a home office. Anyways, when I received, I saw that one arm rest had a visible dent. I contacted OFM customer service, but they suggested to do full replacement (either through Amazon or through them) as they don't have parts in stock. I chose not to do as the effort to disassemble/pack was not worth for such a minor dent. I just wished the manufacturer had stored the parts.Now, if there is anything that I am not fully happy with are the arm rests. Their position and shape is a bit odd for my posture. It's not a big issue, but I would have loved it more if it was perfect. For anyone browsing in this price range - I strongly recommend you keep this in your final shortlist. Also, after delivery, do a close check on the parts for dents/scratches so you can decide to return right away for replacement if needed.I bought this chair as it is the updated/upgraded version of the same chair I had years ago. I have been looking for this forever. It is outstanding, and very comfortable! I knew how to use the adjustments from my other chair, so that was easy for me. If you just play with the adjustments they are easy to figure out. I have seen others say that the chair tips too far forward, but that can be adjusted too. In front of the adjustment levers is a knob. Put the middle adjustment in the up position, then pull out the knob. The chair can then be tilted down or up to your liking. Put the lever down and it stays there. I am disabled and have back problems. It has lumbar support which you can adjust to fit your needs. Also, this chair goes higher than any office chair I've sat in befoe. (i'm 59). it is very easy for me to stand up from this chair with less effort on my legs and knees. I would buy this chair again, and would recommend this to others.Hard to assemble when the correct supplies aren’t in the box. I am extremely unhappy this box was opened when delivered. The tools were opened as well. This was clearly a returned chair and the employees did not check the supplies. There are not enough screws for me to continue building the arms! This is ridiculousFabric chairs are better than vinyl. The vinyl fake leather chairs don't last long before it starts to peel off and tear. The cushion in this chair is thick and doesn't bottom out. I replaced the piston with a shorter piston because I like to sit lower to the ground. I replaced the wheels with hardwood safe wheels. My only complaint is that the arm rest sit to far forward and a little too far outwards away from the sides of the chair. I wish they were further back closer to the back of the chair and tucked in closer to the sides because I like to keep my arms more tucked in or closer to my body.The seat cushion is good and firm, much better than the previous chair I was using. The chair height is too high, wish I could lowering it another inch or two. The Back is not very comfortable- it has an odd curvature is this not very comfortable for extending periods of time. I got it for a better price that what is currently listed, so if it didn't cost almost half of what I paid for it to ship it back I would.I give this chair one star because it is so annoying. I put the chair together, but the multiple adjustments do nothing to correct the forward tilt of the seat. It tips so far forward that I have to push against the floor with my legs to keep me from sliding off the seat. If no one can tell me how to correct the tilt, I am going to return it tomorrow. Also, the box is super cheap and everything was broken open and the mechanism had punched through the carton and has paint missing. Even the hardware kit which was inside a second box was broken open and I had to replace one washer that was missing. I like the color, but can't keep the chair unless I get some instructions.I bought this for someone who weighs 215 pounds. The product description said it would be suitable for people weighing up to 250 pounds. It was used for 6-8 hours per day for a week and a half before the hydraulic lift mechanism failed. BIG disappointment that it can now only be used at the lowest seat height. Otherwise, everything as stated in the product description.Love the chair. A lot bigger then what I suspected. Has great back support and comfort.
