I was ready to hit the go button on the west elm commercial version when I came across this one. I didn’t want wood and gold and I tend to never buy a throng that’s not real wood or anything at this price point expecting it to be quality and fit it with the rest of furniture.West elm was already “low budget” compared to what it was sitting next to. I was going to paint the west elm frame black as it the desk sits in front a black flow to ceiling window and I finally came across this one and it seemed identical. Well, sure enough when it came it’s the same supplier as West Elm. The all black is superb, the glass is super thick and study, and there’s ZERO wobble or rattle to the desk. It holds a large curved monitor and has room for the keyboard on top or below with my MacBook and is the perfect height and size and mimics the frame of the window so it’s not intrusive to the view, which is one the best in the unit.10 stars for quality. Can’t believe the price. It’s totally perfect. I was shocked. Still am when using it. Wood feels real and not cheap. Metal strong. Glass perfect. Thank you!
