With proper use and care, it could potentially last a lifetime.One important consideration during assembly: you’ll need a Philips #3 screwdriver, which is uncommon for most home furniture. A narrow-handle version is ideal because the desk legs can obstruct turning space. Since #3 screws are typically used in commercial-grade furniture, many screwdrivers have wide handles, making them difficult to maneuver. After testing several options, I found that the CRAFTSMAN CMHT65009 (#3 x 6in) screwdriver on Amazon works well due to its slimmer handle. Would be ideal if i the handle were even smaller but i think this is probably as small as it gets for this.
