Inspired by the shape of classical harpsichord, it is a model of 18th century efficiency. Multi compartments with two curved doors for more storage space. Beautifully hand-applied black lacquer decorated with graceful mother of pearl figures. Solid brass hardware. Custom made matching chair with cushion included. Three lower drawers have interior space measuring 13"W x 11"D x 3"H. The two side drawers have interiors measuring 5.75"W x 8.75"D x 2"H. The six drawers in the center each measure 8"W x 7.25"D x 2"H.

I love my oriental desk set! My husband bought this for me for our 35th anniversary. It matches an antique screen, and the art work I have in my dinning room.
