It’s not weighted enough. The box was damaged so it gave the appearance that it was a used product. Upon opening the box and removing the tape dispenser, the dispenser appeared to be covered in a layer of dust. Other than appearance, the tape dispenser itself worked normally.It does its job. Holds tape, tear easily. But you cannot do it one handed. One hand for the tape, the other to hold the tape holder down to be able to tear. Needs a little weight to it to help keep it down so you can pull tape with one hand & tear.It is a neat dispenser, it works, but the sellotape roll holder is a bit stiff and needs a shove to get it in and out, so hope it won't break as it has plastic lugs. For the price, It is not very heavy so moves when pulling th tape out. It is rather basic but a nice range of colours. It came quickly and no faulting seller for that.
